Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a vibrant team in Livermore, CA. This is an hourly, non-exempt role that requires an individual who is adept at handling numerous moving parts in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless logistical coordination. This position is fully onsite with no work-from-home days, though overtime is available as needed and approved.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for recruiters, including travel, hotel, and car arrangements.
• Provide support on recruitment aspects such as reviewing resumes, conducting production interviews, and drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Cover front desk duties, especially when needed early in the morning (5am) due to staffing shortages.
• Engage in sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for recruiters.
• Maintain and clean up recruitment databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Identify talent pools and target companies while utilizing professional networks.
• Foster positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers through effective communication.
• Develop strategic hiring plans in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Support additional tasks such as database management and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to various roles including recruitment, coordination, and front desk operations.
• A positive demeanor and a great personality characterized by calmness, proactivity, and problem resolution orientation.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Trustworthy and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with AI and SAP SuccessFactors is a major plus, but not required.

Salary

$34 - $43 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate)
